케이엠씨게임즈(kmcgames)는 Android 게임 SMASH GARAGE의 Google Play 배포판을 제공합니다. 대상 연령은 만 13세 이상입니다. 이 방침은 게임의 정보 처리와 개인정보 문의 방법을 설명합니다.

1. 게임 진행과 설정

게임은 코인, 레벨, 해금 상태, 무기 강화, 개인 기록, 사운드·진동·화면 설정, 선택 언어 및 마지막 플레이 조합을 기기에 저장합니다. 별도의 게임 계정을 만들거나 로그인할 필요는 없습니다. 게임은 이 진행 정보를 케이엠씨게임즈의 서버에 자동으로 업로드하지 않습니다.

진행 백업 기능을 사용하면 사용자가 선택한 위치에 진행 파일을 저장합니다. 파일을 다른 사람이나 클라우드 저장 서비스에 전달하는 것은 사용자가 선택하는 동작이며, 해당 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다. 내보낸 백업 파일은 앱을 삭제해도 선택한 저장 위치에 남을 수 있습니다.

2. Google Play 구매와 이용 권한

선택 상품인 총기 이용권의 결제, 구매 내역 조회, 승인 및 복원에는 Google Play 결제 서비스를 사용합니다. 게임은 이용 권한을 확인하기 위해 상품 식별자, 구매 토큰, 구매 시각·상태, 승인 상태, 서명된 구매 정보와 포함된 경우 주문번호를 처리합니다. 구매 승인 시 구매 토큰을 Google Play에 전달합니다. 게임은 사용자의 카드번호나 결제 계좌 정보를 직접 입력받지 않습니다.

확인한 구매 증명과 확인 시각은 앱의 기기 내 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 게임은 최근 확인 시점부터 최대 14일 동안 이 증명으로 오프라인 이용 권한을 확인하며, 이후에는 Google Play 연결을 통한 재확인이 필요합니다. 14일은 이용 권한 재확인 주기이며, 파일의 일괄 삭제 기한을 뜻하지 않습니다.

3. 결제 서비스의 기술 정보와 진단

앱에 포함된 Google Play Billing 라이브러리와 Google의 데이터 전송 구성요소는 결제 서비스의 동작·연결·응답·오류 관련 진단 정보를 Google로 전송하는 기능을 포함합니다. 이때 앱 버전, Android 버전, 기기 모델·제조사·운영체제 빌드 정보, 언어·국가 설정, 시간대, 네트워크 종류 및 SIM 통신사 코드 같은 기술 정보가 함께 처리될 수 있습니다. 전송 과정에는 네트워크 연결에 필요한 IP 주소도 사용됩니다.

4. 광고와 기기 접근

게임에는 광고 또는 별도의 게임플레이 분석 SDK가 없습니다. 위에 설명한 Google Play 결제 및 진단 처리는 별도로 이루어집니다.

게임은 연락처, GPS 위치, 카메라, 마이크 및 광고 식별자 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 진동과 기기 상태에 따른 성능 조절은 플레이를 위한 기능입니다. 시스템 언어는 게임 언어를 자동 선택하는 데 사용합니다.

5. 고객 지원 문의

사용자가 내보낸 진행 백업은 선택한 저장 위치에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다. 로컬 데이터 삭제는 Google Play 구매의 취소·환불 또는 Google이 보관하는 구매 기록의 삭제를 의미하지 않습니다. Google이 관리하는 정보는 Google의 개인정보 제어 기능과 정책을 통해 관리할 수 있습니다.

7. 대상 연령과 보호자

케이엠씨게임즈(kmcgames) provides the Google Play edition of SMASH GARAGE for Android. The game is intended for users aged 13 and over. This policy explains how information is handled by the game and how to contact us about privacy.

1. Game progress and settings

The game stores coins, levels, unlocks, weapon upgrades, personal records, sound, vibration and display settings, language choice and your last play selection on your device. No separate game account or login is required. The game does not automatically upload this progress to a server operated by kmcgames.

If you use the progress backup feature, the game writes a progress file to a location you choose. Sharing that file or placing it in cloud storage is your choice, and the receiving service's policies apply. Exported backups can remain in their chosen location after you uninstall the game.

2. Google Play purchases and access

The optional Gun Pass uses Google Play for payment, purchase queries, acknowledgement and restoration. To check access, the game processes the product identifier, purchase token, purchase time and state, acknowledgement state, signed purchase information and, when present, the order identifier. The game sends the purchase token to Google Play to acknowledge a purchase. The game does not directly request your card number or bank account details.

Verified purchase evidence and its verification time are stored in the app's storage on your device. The game currently accepts this evidence for offline access for up to 14 days after verification. A Google Play recheck is needed after that period. The 14-day period is an access recheck interval, not a deadline for deleting all stored files.

3. Technical information and payment diagnostics

The included Google Play Billing library and Google data transport components contain functionality that sends payment-service operation, connection, response and error diagnostics to Google. Technical information can accompany these events, including the app version, Android version, device model and manufacturer, operating system build information, language and country settings, time zone, network type and SIM carrier code. Network connections also use an IP address.

Google processes this information to provide payment functions, diagnose issues and support service reliability and security. Google's policy governs its retention, deletion and international handling of information. The game does not send progress to a separate analytics server operated by kmcgames.

4. Advertising and device access

The game has no advertising or separate gameplay analytics SDK. The Google Play payment and diagnostic processing described above still applies.

The game does not request access to contacts, GPS location, camera, microphone or the advertising identifier. Vibration and device-aware performance adjustments support gameplay. The system language is used to select the initial game language.

5. Support requests

If you contact [email protected], we process your reply address, message and attachments you choose to send to understand and answer your request. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government identification numbers or other sensitive information that is not needed for support.

Support materials are retained for as long as needed to resolve the request, or for the required period when applicable law requires retention. Materials no longer needed are deleted. You can use the contact address above to request access to, correction or deletion of support information, or to raise a concern about its processing. If identity verification is necessary, we may request the minimum information needed to process your request.

6. Retention, deletion and your choices

Local progress, settings and purchase evidence are kept in private app storage. Clearing app data through Android Settings or uninstalling the game removes its local app data from that device. We do not maintain a server copy of your progress and cannot recover progress that you have not backed up separately.

Delete exported backups separately from their chosen storage location. Removing local data does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase or delete Google's purchase records. You can manage information held by Google through Google's privacy controls and policies.

There is no separate game membership account to close. Send privacy questions or requests to [email protected].

7. Age range and guardians

The game is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. It does not ask users to register a separate account or provide a date of birth, real name or personal profile, and it does not contain functionality to collect the advertising identifier. The app does not have its own age-verification feature. Google Play payment and technical diagnostic processing is described above.

Please supervise a minor's optional purchases. Guardians can manage purchases using the authentication and approval settings offered by Google Play and family accounts. The app does not provide its own guardian identity check for every purchase.

Guardians can contact [email protected] to request access to or deletion of support materials relating to a minor. Local progress and backup files can be managed using the deletion methods above. Please do not send a minor's personal information that is unnecessary to handle the request.

8. Safeguards and policy changes

The game uses Android's private app storage for progress and purchase evidence. The current distribution configuration disables automatic Android app backup. The game verifies signed Google Play purchase evidence before granting access. Google's diagnostic transport component uses HTTPS. These measures do not guarantee protection against all data loss or unauthorized access.

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. When applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will follow that process.
